On October 16, 2015 Veselin Trendafilov and Stefan Hristov from Land – Source of Income foundation visited the village of Hairedin and the town of Knezha. This was a planned monitoring visit for initiatives implemented by the partner organization New Way Foundation in Hairedin. The visit was also targeted at discussing newly received project ideas.  

Implemented business initiatives were monitored in the village of Hairedin and the conclusion was that they have been developing well. A plan for buying land for apiculture was presented, which will be further discussed later on.

In the town of Knezha the team of LSoI foundation had a meeting  with candidates for participation in the programme who presented their business ideas. One of them was by a candidate who had a nursery farm for fruit trees and planned to buy a van in order to be able to market his production. The idea was evaluated as viable and our representatives made a proposal to the partner organization to proceed with its implementation. Another candidate’s proposal was the purchase of a heard of sheep. The advice of the representives of LSoI Foundation to New Way Foundation to further study the proposal and discuss it at a later stage.
