Third Training of Partner Organisations, June 17-18, 2011

The third training workshop on Human Capital Development was held on June 17-18 2011 in Kendros Hotel, Plovdiv. It was intended for partner organizations planning to disseminate the LSoF Foundation’s Integrated Model for Small Business Support (IM4SBS).

The workshop, organized by LSoI Foundation within the framework of the project Roma Income Generation and Integration, covered the following topics:

Roma family profile and implementing the IM4SBS;
How to build knowledge and skills in people interested or taking part in agricultural initiatives;
Consultations on non-agricultural initiatives;
Providing specialized training and information;
How to work with municipalities, schools, local cultursl centres (chitalishte) and other partners towards building trust in the Land – Source of Income Programme;
How to work with Roma families towards building trust;
How to find EU funds for human capital building.
