Project: ‘Strengthening regional partners’ capacity for sustainable enteprenurship support’

(March/2018 – August/2019)

The main project goal is: To strengthen capacity of regional partners for local entrepreneurship support
The project has 2 objectives:
1. To Increase the partners’ capacity for supporting income generation initiatives
2. To increase the support for predominantly Roma families earning income from small businesses
They all correspond directly with priority 3 of the Family Economic Success Program of TSA – Improving income opportunities through targeted micro credit and entrepreneurship programs. The project contributes to TSA mission by providing access to income opportunities for at-risk groups.
We will continue to support integration through entrepreneurial development and creating employment opportunities in mainly rural areas and Roma suburbs in cities by supporting our regional partners to do it on local level.
Building closer links between Land Source of Income Foundation and the 5 reginal partner organizations successfully franchising the Model is also seen as an additional task, believing that this can bring synergy and increase the efficiency of the provided support.

In order to achieve the above stated goal and objectives, the project team will concentrate efforts and resources in three main areas of activities:
1. Organizational development
2. Institutional support
3. Project management
The difference between this project and the previous three-stage one is that the focus will be on sustainability of the regional partners. Activities are targeting increased capacity and as a final result we expect more, mainly Roma, families being supported by stronger and mainly independent organizations operating on local level.
