The land was well maintained, the building had been repaired (roof fix and new windows). We found the trees in good condition. The expected yield would be high as the trees were full with fruits. Here the trees were in good condition, as well. The van was used frequently with more than 3000 km for a month. The van covered all the initial requirements: comfortable seats, air conditioner and storage trunk for the instruments.
