The applicant, a woman from Roma origin intended to reopen a caf\u00e9 that had been managing till 5 years, ago. She would like to be supported in the purchase of counter, shelf cabinets, air conditioner, coffee maker, etc. The applicant had a full part job and planned to hire young girl to work in the caf\u00e9. We inspected the building and concluded that a major renovation was needed.
