We reviewed their reports for the activities past 4 months. His intensions were to purchase a building with status as commercial outlet and to open a grocery shop. The building was on a major road but a little bit far away from the residential buildings. However it\u2019s situated next to a school and children passed it on their way to and out of school. The applicant\u2019s wife was supposed to work at the shop. The applicant itself would be responsible for supplying goods and working at late hours, as he had a constant job at a gas station. The applicant would like to be supported not only in the purchase of the building but also with the purchase of the equipment. The building needed a renovation (painting, new windows, purchase of equipment as chill cabinets, refrigerator, air conditioner). The proposal was prospective. The applicant should decide the goods he\u2019d like to sell and should calculate his budget and eventual profit. The applicant owned a plot 1 dka next to the school. His intensions were to build a shop for breakfast together with caf\u00e9 and an office for money transfers (many of the families had a member abroad who regularly transfer money to them). On this stage the initiative was on a large scale. In order the initiative to be funded by the project, the applicant should decide what can be funded first e.g. purchase of equipment or building the shop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: PT Serif,serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The next proposal came from v <strong>Zimnica<\/strong> and concerned the purchase of equipment. The applicant was an elder couple from Roma origin who handled about 15 dka their own land. They grew vegetables for their own use and for sale. In addition they rent two plots 1 dka each. They were willing to purchase equipment to ease their work. The applicant had researched the equipment available on the market and had received quotations for tiller, sprayer machine, automated hoes machine suitable for their needs. We discussed the proposal in details as well as negotiated the contributions through the year in periods when the applicant sold his production. The applicant had 5 dka where he grew roses and 2 dla with tomatoes. His intensions were to buy more 4 dka on the amount of 400 lv. On later stage he would be pleased to be supported for the purchase of rose seedlings in order to increase his plantations with perennial crops. The initiative was good but the applicant wasn\u2019t certain in his intensions for agricultural activity.
