font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">On December 16th and 17th\u00a0at the INTELCOOP hotel\u00a0 in Plovdiv, we had our traditional annual gathering for the participants in the <em>Land Source of Income<\/em> programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">Our partnering organizations within the project <em>Roma Income Generation and Integration<\/em> were also able to come and participate. \u00a0They have agreed to help distribute the Integrated Model for Small Business Support regionally. \u00a0This project is funded by the America for Bulgaria Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">The first day of the event included presentation of last year\u2019s achievements and the risks and opportunities for the next year. \u00a0Zhivko Milushev, the director of RDA\/BIC \u2013 Velingrad, shared their experience with growing herbs of various types.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">The second day of the meeting included agroconsultants of the foundation focusing on common problems and giving recommendations to the program participants about the agricultural practices all the year round.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">During the discussion on achieving good\u00a0vegetable\u00a0productions Yasen Kehayov, a representitive of the company <em>Bioset<\/em>, was the presenter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">Participants in the <em>Land Source of Income<\/em>\u00a0programme were\u00a0given\u00a0individual consultations\u00a0concerning\u00a0new opportunities for financial services offered by the foundation and for participation in the Rural Development Program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">On the second day we had a meeting with our partner organizations in the <em>Roma Income Generation and Integration<\/em> project to discuss the comments and recommendations we had for their quarterly reports and about specific local economic initiatives that they were
